I enjoy working at DSA because I work in an area that interests me and inspires me to learn and grow. I get challenged to be a better me every day and I always feel like my contributions are impactful no matter how small. On top of fact that I’m surrounded and work with some of the most positive folks I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, I am also under the care and guidance of the amazing Human Resources team. I have never felt more welcomed at a company than the way DSA has embraced me. I am fulfilled at DSA because the company values align with my own. Everyone Acts with Integrity, everyone has an opportunity to voice their opinions while others Listen Generously. There are plenty of moments to Be Innovative and take Intelligent Risk and there are moments to Pay Attention to the Details. Above all my main reason for feeling fulfilled at DSA is that I can see a clear path forward with plenty of room for growth, I am unable to see myself at any place better than DSA!
