John Foley
Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer
John Foley is an accomplished leader, skilled at setting organizational vision and tactics to achieve strategic objectives. In his capacity as President and CFO, John is responsible for the management and direction of the company’s strategic growth initiatives, accounting, finance, contracts, procurement functions, internal IT services and quality management.
Prior to joining DSA, John was employed by CIGNA Corporation as Business Finance Officer for CIGNA’s Shared Service functions including finance, human resources, legal, public affairs, executive management, government regulations, real estate, and other services.
He spent 15 years at Lockheed Martin Information Systems and Global Services where he held a variety of positions including Finance Transformation Director, Pricing Director, Accounting Manager, post-M&A Integration Project Manager, and Proposal Specialist. He also previously worked for eBay (Half.com) as Senior Business Analyst, Business Intelligence.
John has earned numerous awards throughout his career including 2018’s Philadelphia Business Journal’s CFO of the Year, 2015's SmartCEO Executive Management Award CFO, and two Lockheed Martin NOVA Awards, their highest honor, for M&A integration projects.
John has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rutgers and an MBA in finance, also from Rutgers. Additional professional development includes Harvard Business School, Darden Business School, and Lockheed Martin Executive Strategies Program.
