Philadelphia, PA – April 2, 2018 — Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA), a leader in delivering secure, innovative technology and information management solutions to the Federal Government, is pleased to announce the promotions of seven senior executives:
John Foley has been promoted to President. He will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of DSA.
Paul Strasser has been named Executive Vice President of DSA’s Information Management Solutions Group. He oversees operations supporting Federal civil agencies, state government and commercial customers.
Bill Jones has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Integrated Solutions Group. He supports Air Force, DISA and DSA’s COCOM programs.
Kathleen Kirk has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Strategic Solutions Group. Kathleen oversees the operations of numerous DSA Army, Navy, and Intel efforts that provide secure collaboration, business intelligence, data analytics, geospatial, biometric and cyber technology solutions.
Mike Donovan has been named Vice President of the Strategic Solutions Group. Mike is responsible for Army INSCOM, Army Contracting Command, Joint PEO for Chemical and Biological Defense and Navy operations.
Mike Emerle has been promoted to Vice President, Finance & Accounting. Mike is responsible for central accounting functions that include audit, accounts payable, account receivable, payroll, monthly closing, indirect rate management, and proposal pricing.
Bill Player has been named Vice President, Integrated Solutions Group. Bill supports Air Force, DISA and DSA’s COCOM operations.
