Aberdeen Providing Ground, MD, January 2013 – Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA), a leader in delivering secure information-sharing services to the federal government, announced today that it has won the competitive award to provide support services for the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO CBD) Omnibus Program and Engineering Technical Support (OPETS) in the Information Technology domain. This is a multiple-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (MA ID/IQ) contract with, when applicable, performance-based task orders for the Joint Program Executive Office — Chemical Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) and other customers under the auspices of the Chemical Biological Defense Program (CBDP). In addition, DSA won as a subcontractor in both the Acquisition and Business Analytical Domain ID/IQ. The period of performance is five years.

The OPETS requirement consists of providing resources to support the JPEO-CBD to include its headquarters, directorates and nine joint project managers. The government has determined that this acquisition will be an MA ID/IQ contract with six domain support areas: acquisition, Logistics, Business and Analytical, Engineering and Technical, Information Technology, and Medical. The acquisition domain is a total small business set aside and the five remaining domains are unrestricted. The government reserves the right to make multiple awards in each domain and anticipates awarding at least one task order per area of interest within each domain. The cumulative total of all task orders awarded to all awardees will not exceed $495,000,000 over the life of the contract. NAICS Code 541330, Engineering Services for Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons, applies with a small business size standard exception of $35,500,000.
