Robert Wheeler

Robert Wheeler is Senior Vice President of the Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) for DSA Inc., a provider of secure, innovative technology and information management solutions that support, serve, and safeguard our nation.
Mr. Wheeler oversees the delivery of services and solutions covering the areas of mission support, enterprise information technology, and data science. This includes expertise and experience in the areas of software development and sustainment; cloud; digital modernization; data analytics; cybersecurity; and information and knowledge management.
Mr. Wheeler has more than 26 years of experience in program, project, and operations management across defense, automotive, and insurance markets. He has managed large, complex, and geographically dispersed $100M programs. Mr. Wheeler directed the implementation and sustainment of milSuite, an enterprise business solution serving approximately 2 million DoD users. He manages an enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) solution for Army business and tactical weapon systems, and multiple information management solutions for the Army Acquisition Community leveraging commercial-off-the-shelf products and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Wheeler joined DSA as the Vice President of Command Control Communications-Tactical Operations with responsibility for large-scale information technology programs. He began his career with Symbolic Systems, Inc. and was instrumental in its growth to approximately 100 employees before DSA acquired its Federal IT services practice in 2015. In his final role with Symbolic Systems, Mr. Wheeler served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Mr. Wheeler received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). His project support resulted in awards of excellence that include the Government Information Technology Executive Council Award for Program Management Excellence and multiple Army Knowledge Management Awards for Technology, Process, and Knowledge Management.
