Robert serves as DSA's Senior Vice President of the DoD Programs. He has a proven record of accomplishment managing complex, large-scale, and geographically dispersed programs valued at over $100 million each. Robert has 28 years of experience in program, project, and operations management within the Department of Defense (DoD) market. His contributions have earned prestigious awards including the Government Information Technology Executive Council Award for Program Management Excellence and multiple Army Knowledge Management Awards for Technology, Process, and Knowledge Management.
In his role at DSA, Robert oversees the delivery of mission-critical support, enterprise information technology, and data science services to various DoD customers. His leadership encompasses the implementation of DevSecOps, cloud engineering, digital modernization, data analytics, system integration, cybersecurity, and information and knowledge management solutions.
Robert's portfolio of DoD customers includes notable entities such as the U.S. Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA) for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ALT) Headquarters (HQ); PEO Command, Control, Communications Tactical (PEO C3T); PEO Combat Support and Combat Service Support; PEO Enterprise; PEO Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors; Joint PEO Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense; Department of the Army, Headquarters, Force Development (HQDA G8 FD); PEO Missiles and Space, Army Rapid Capabilities & Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO); and U.S. Army DEVCOM Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center, Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM), U.S. Air Force Army Mobility Command (AMC) A6 and Air Education and Training Command (AETC), and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
Robert joined DSA in 2015 as the Vice President of Command Control Communications-Tactical Operations. Prior to his tenure at DSA, he played a pivotal role at Symbolic Systems, Inc., contributing to its substantial growth before DSA acquired its Federal IT services practice in 2015. In his final role at Symbolic Systems, Robert served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Robert holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Bloomsburg University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
