In his capacity as Vice President of Finance & Accounting, Mike is responsible for the management and direction of the central finance functions, including financial systems, accounting, government accounting, pricing, cash management, and financial audits.

Prior to joining DSA in 2014, Mike was employed by Lockheed Martin and brings 15+ years of finance and accounting experience from across the Government Services industry spectrum, including expertise in:

• Central Accounting Management
• Change Management
• Credit & Collections Management
• Large Financial Systems Integration
• Financial Planning & Analysis Management
• Mergers & Acquisitions

Mike graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Business Administration & Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
