Joint Enterprise - Omnibus Program, Engineering, and Technical Support (JE-OPETS) consists of providing resources in support of the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBRND) to include its Headquarters, Directorates and four Joint Project Managers (JPMs) and two Joint Project Lead (JPL) offices. JE-OPETS was established to develop a single contract vehicle, with centralized management, to satisfy all recurring requirements for Program Management, Systems Engineering, and Technical Assistance support across the geographically dispersed JPEO-CBRND Enterprise. DSA provides support to the JPEO-CBRND under the JE-OPETS Business and Analytical, Engineering and Technical, and Information Technology (BEI) business areas.
Create optimum, flexible contracts implementing Department of Defense acquisition policies and regulations to provide the JPEO-CBRND Enterprise with premiere, centralized contractor support management at the best possible value.
