Fran took the role of President and CEO when the company was struggling in the midst of an industrywide downturn and overcame significant business challenges to achieve a remarkable turnaround. She restructured the company to broaden its service offerings, expanded its presence in key markets, extended its operations to include eight regional offices, increased its revenue from $9M in 1991 to $168M in 2017, and grew the number of employees from under 100 to over 400. Under her leadership, DSA was recognized for the 9th time on the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list, a recognition received by less than half a percent of companies that have applied.
