Paul Shiffka is a forward-thinking leader skilled at streamlining tactical objectives through continuous process improvement. In his capacity as Vice President of Contracts and Procurement, Paul is responsible for the management and overall direction, efficiency, and effectiveness of the company’s Contracts and Procurement Department.

Prior to joining DSA, Paul served as the Contracts Manager at L-3 Communications, Inc. While at L-3, Paul earned numerous awards, namely, the honor of being nominated and selected in the inaugural class for L-3’s Corporate Contracts Leadership Development Program. Paul started his career as a Contracts Specialist at the Philadelphia Housing Authority.

Paul has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Legal Studies from Temple University and a Masters in Contract Management. Additional professional development includes membership in the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) as well as earning the distinctions of Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), and Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM).
