Secure Medical Identity Solutions: Personal Health Record Card
DSA has created a Personal Health Record (PHR) Card, a secure smart card which stores a patient’s medical information. Cardholders keep the credit card-sized card with them at all times, allowing medical professionals to access the data on the card during routine visits and in times of emergency. PHR cards can be updated by the cardholders at home, or at their physicians office. The cards can be ordered easily online, and come with a card reader for no extra charge!
The health data included on the card is up the card holder. Our intuitive interface allows card holders to populate and update their cards in minutes. Information stored in the PHR includes:
