John Foley Joins DSA as Chief Financial Officer
Financial Leadership Experience Invaluable in Key Role .
Trevose, PA, October 27, 2009 – Data Systems Analysts (DSA), a provider of enterprise-wide information technology solutions and security services to government and industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. John Foley as Chief Financial Officer.
In his capacity as CFO, Mr. Foley will report to Ms. Fran Pierce, President and CEO, and is responsible for the management and direction of the company’s finance and accounting organization. As DSA grows at a record pace, the financial functions of the company remain increasingly vital to the success of the business.

John has spent much of his career at Lockheed Martin Information Systems and Global Services (LMIS&GS) where he held a variety of positions including: Finance Transformation Director, Pricing Director, Accounting Manager, Project Manager (OAO Integration), and Proposal Specialist. He also worked for eBay (Half.COM) as Senior Business Analyst, Business Intelligence and was most recently employed by CIGNA Corporation as Business Finance Officer for CIGNA’s Shared Service functions.
John has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rutgers and an MBA in Finance, also from Rutgers. Additional professional development includes Harvard Business School (Leading Organization Renewal) and Darden Business School (Post Acquisition Integrations).
