• Development, implementation and fielding of the Worldwide Inventory and Site Management System (WISMS)

  • WISMS is a web based relational database management system which operates on the government’s Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET)

  • WISMS provides warehouse inventory management, site engineering support, logistics planning, and asset management for work sites

• Automated asset tracking and management for the US Intelligence Community’s Capital Equipment Replacement Program (CERP)

• Day to day on-site program management support and logistics planning

• Automation support for site engineering and equipment requisitioning support

• Automated support for engineering, implementation, and integration efforts

RESULT

• Delivery of a DCID 6/3 protection level 3 accredited system.

• Secure web enabled automation support to Intelligence Community customers around the world.

• Implementation of a robust logistics management and inventory control system designed around the customer’s defined business processes in support of strategic planning, scheduling, hardware and software procurement and fielding initiatives.
