The DSA Commitment to Customer Service
DSA is proud of our customer service track record that is supported by comprehensive independent surveys conducted as recently as spring of 2006. Over 90% of our clients surveyed will refer us and will engage with DSA in another program. Over half of our clients surveyed scored us as a perfect “10” when asked if there was anything else that DSA could do to better service their account. We see this as a reflection of our pro-active service, and we are dedicated to continuing to drive IT solutions.
