Paul Strasser is President and CEO of Project Performance Company, LLC (PPC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Data Systems Analysts.  He leads DSA’s Information Management Solutions Group overseeing operations supporting federal, state and commercial customers. 

Most recently, Paul Strasser served as Chief Executive Officer of PPC, following a distinguished 34-year career in Science, Engineering, Information Technology and Management Consulting supporting mostly the US Federal Government. Prior to joining PPC, Paul was the Senior Vice President at Engility Corporation (NYSE: EGL) following the merger with Dynamics Research Corporation (NASDAQ: DRCO) in January 2014. As SVP at DRC, he initially led Corporate Strategic Development and later transitioned into operations focused on cyber security, science and technology, healthcare, financial regulatory reform, homeland security and ISR. He supported customers across the Federal Government including Civilian Agencies, Department of Defense, and the Intelligence Community. 

His prior 28 years in technical and senior management positions included being the Chief Operating Officer at Pragmatics (2004-2010), VP for Titan Corporation and legacy companies (1994-2004), and software and systems engineer at various companies including Lockheed Missiles and Space. 

Strasser has a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology with minors in Astronomy and Marine Sciences.  He earned a graduate certificate in Information Systems Management from the University of Southern California.

Active in several Industry Associations, including AFCEA and IAC, he currently serves on the ACT-IAC Executive Committee as Vice Chair for Finance.  Previously, he served as the ACT-IAC Industry Chair for the Executive Leadership Conference (ELC) in 2013 and ELC Industry Vice Chair in 2012.  Strasser also served on the boards at GEIA, ITAA, and TechAmerica.

In 2013, Strasser was honored to receive a Federal 100 Award for work in Information Sharing supporting DHS.
