Marie Meyers

Marie Meyers is responsible for overseeing DSA's Human Resources Department. Marie is a Senior Director located at DSA's company headquarters. She manages a team of Human Resources, Recruiting, and Security professionals who serve across DSA's lines of business. Marie's role is essential to ensuring that DSA provides a premier employment experience for our DSA Team and the best talent to solve our customers' evolving needs. She is responsible for administering, developing, and effectively communicating policies that are compliant with employment laws and corporate initiatives as well as overseeing employee development and employee relations. 

Marie brings more than 20 years of human resources experience within the Federal and commercial industry. She has directed HR departments that serve organizations with more than 2,500 employees and has experience leading teams that provide exceptional customer service in support of overall operational effectiveness. 

Marie holds a B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University and attended graduate school at Drexel University and Rosemont College in Philadelphia. 

Marie volunteered in 2011 and 2012 on a local government-planning committee and Veterans Assistance Transitions program, and currently serves on the Human Capital Committee for Bancroft Neurohealth in Haddonfield, NJ.

Marie volunteers her time mentoring college graduates with resume and career guidance in her local community. She is an active member of SHRM, TechServe Alliance and has made multiple guest appearances on HR Radio Today in Philadelphia discussing the role HR plays in business.
