Andrew Levine

Andrew Levine is the Program Director for the Strategic Solutions Group located at Fort Dix, NJ, where he also functions as the Business Intelligence Administrator for the Army Contracting Command. In support of the U.S. Army, Andrew manages a team responsible for the development and sustainment of the Virtual Contracting Enterprise (VCE) suite of tools. 

The VCE suite of tools has streamlined Army business processes, automated the capture and management of data, provided oversight of contracting activities, and ensured that the contracting workforce is properly trained, qualified, and equipped to succeed in supporting the contracting mission. During his tenure, Andrew and his team developed the Management Control Process (MCP) tool for the Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM), which was awarded the CECOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) Innovation award in 2007.

Andrew joined DSA in 2005 as the Business Intelligence Administrator for the CECOM Acquisition Center at Ft. Monmouth, NJ. Andrew supervises the DSA Technology Council, a recent Executive Council initiative. The Technology Council identifies prominent technologies in today’s workspace, allowing DSA to leverage that knowledge as they support customers and their initiatives, both today and in the future.

Andrew has a B.A. in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Rowan University. Andrew has also been certified in Security+, Business Objects and ITIL v3 Foundation and has achieved Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) status. Andrew has been supporting the Federal government since 2001 and the Army acquisition community since 2002.
