DSA Enters Into System And Software Architecture Research Agreement
Effort to Explore Best Ways to Apply Systems and Software Technologies to Critical DoD Needs
FAIRFAX, Va., January 17 – Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA), a provider of business-driven information technology and consulting solutions, today announced a twelve month cooperative support agreement with The Software Engineering Institute (SEI).
Initially, DSA will work with SEI to build on each other’s expertise and experience to determine the best approaches for the government to proceed in regard to Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA), Net-Centric Enterprise Services (NCES), and other system and software architectures that will benefit Department of Defense initiatives.
“We believe this services agreement marks the beginning of a mutually beneficial and long-term relationship between DSA and SEI,” said Doug Wagoner, DSA senior vice president.
SEI is a federally funded research and development center sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense and operated by Carnegie Mellon University. The SEI advances software engineering and related disciplines to ensure the development and operation of systems with predictable and improved cost, schedule and quality.
