DSA Names Program Manager and Director of Business Development James Gatewood Signs On
Fairfax, Va., July 8, 2004 – James D. Gatewood has joined Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) as program manager and director of business development.
Announcing the new hire, DSA Vice President and General Manager Capital Region, says “Gatewood will be responsible for strategic marketing to the Federal government. His background, business skills and insight into the marketplace will greatly benefit DSA.”
Gatewood’s focus will be the Defense Information Systems Agency, Army, and Air Force, particularly in command and control systems where he has an extensive background.
Before joining DSA, Gatewood was program manager and director for Integrated Systems Solutions for Northrop Grumman Information Technology. From 1970 to 1995, he served in the United States Air Force where he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Gatewood has a B.A. degree in Mathematics from Dakota Wesleyan University, and an M.S. in Information Systems from the Air Force Institute of Technology. He holds certificates from Air Command and Staff College, and Squadron Officer’s School, United States Air Force.
