today about “Net-Centric”, “Net-Centric Enterprise Services” (NCES)
and “Service Oriented Architecture” (SOA). What do these terms
mean to the Department
of Defense (DoD), its systems, or its varied missions? Is the approach
realistic, yet alone
manageable by those responsible for the delivery of actionable information
to our warfighters
and strategic decision makers? This paper will provide an overview of
where DoD has been and
where it wants to be in the delivery of information. This paper will
