Defense Intelligence Agency's HOCNET Program Management
ISSUE
DigitalNet Inc. needed general program management, software development, engineering and implementation to support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s HOCNET project. DigitalNet is a leading provider of network infrastructure and information assurance solutions to federal government agencies. BAE Systems recently acquired DigitalNet in September 2004. HOCNET is a migration system used by the Department of Defense to provide common information systems across various business functions.

Risk analysis, requirement analysis and collaboration with multiple contractors and government personnel to develop business processes and engineering recommendations

A master project schedule for all site survey, engineering, implementation, and integration efforts required under the program
